Yes, definitely. We will first find out what your video should achieve, decide on a suitable length for the video and then suggest the scenes, action and narration. The script has to be signed off before we can go through to the storyboard.
We use the signed off script to create a storyboard. The video storyboard is a set of keyframes from the script that has been designed as static images to give a clear indication of what would be seen on the screen at those key moments. It is then easier to change those static designs than changing a video. This allows us to move ahead with the video production and focus on transitions and effects instead of design.
We will render the video for you in standard 16:9 aspect ratio, full High Definition (1920×1080) format. The video would be in MP4 or AVI format and will be shared with you through either Dropbox (www.dropbox.com) or uploaded straight to your YouTube account on your behalf if we have access to the email account for that profile. You will then be able to play the video on devices such as computers, laptops, cell phones and tablets and television screens.
We have access to some voice over artists. Some are more expensive than others, some can be contacted directly and some have agents. If you can give us a sample of the type of voice that you are looking for then we could suggest a voice over artist and give you a quotation. The quotation would be based on the voice over artist’s cost, based on the script length. Generally, a voice over artist would give a first rendition with one or two revisions as part of the costing. We can then take the audio and use it within the video.
Video is very good at sharing a lot of information over a short period of time. You should be able to make a good corporate video in 45 seconds to 90 seconds. You can make longer videos if explaining something in detail. Our costing is then calculated on the script time, the amount of stock videos or footage required and the cost of the voice over artist.
