Why are my Google Adwords ads not showing?

Your campaign has a certain montly budget and thus a certain daily budget.
By default Google will try and spread your ads out across the day. If your daily budget is almost used up by 10am then Google will not show your ad until later the day. If you have a very limited daily budget then the ad will not show much, but your daily budget will likely still be used up by the end of the day. To accurately test if your ad is showing you can log into your account and take a look at the impressions for that ad for the day.
