Cognite’s hosting service has a web mail interface that will allow you to use your email account from any computer. You will just need to know your email address and password to log in using a browser and internet connection.
Logging In
Open your web browser and type the following into your address bar “control.mydomain.com”, replacing the mydomain.com with your website domain name. Pressing Enter will bring up a screen with two icons. One is marked “Webmail” and the other “Control Panel”. Click on the Webmail icon. You will now see a screen that ask for the email address and password. Type in the email address and password and click on the Login button. Note: Do not click “Remember Me” when logging in from an Internet Cafe or from someone else’s computer, as they will be able to log in again without needing the password.
Once inside the web mail interface, you will see the familiar options that are available in MS Outlook as well. From the web mail interface you can now send and receive emails, attach attachments and also change your password.
